SAFETY & SECURITY
Customer safety is our main concern. The Rules and Regulations are designed to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
BOWLING SAFETY POLICIES:
- Bowl at your own risk
- Risk of bodily injury is associated with this game
- Keep hands out of ball return.
- Do not cross the black foul line.
- Correct footwear must be worn and shoes kept clean and dry.
- Report any mechanical problems, spills or other concerns to the center personnel immediately.
LASER TAG ARENA SAFETY POLICIES:
- Must be 48”
- No physical contact or offensive language
- No running, jumping or climbing
- No sitting, kneeling or lying down
- Play fair, play smart and give it your all
- Must follow Lasertag attendant’s direction at all times
TRAMPOLINE ARENA SAFETY POLICIES:
FREE JUMP
- ALL jumpers are required to complete a valid waiver If under 18: waiver must be signed by parent or guardian
- SLIP RESISTANT OMNI SOCKS ARE REQUIRED
- Jump at your own risk and within your ability
- BE AWARE of other jumpers
- NO rough-housing, wrestling, tackling, shoving, playing tag, etc.
- NO double bouncing
- NO double flips
- NO sitting anywhere on the trampoline court or pads
- NO climbing on wall pads
- NO belt buckles, studs on clothing, or loose objects in pockets (keys, cell phone, money, etc.)
- NO throwing footballs or any other objects on court
- NO touching or leaning on nets
- NO gum, food or drink on court or platform
- NO wearing shoes on court of any kind
- NO ONE is allowed on a court without an appropriate wristband
- You CANNOT jump with a cast
- You CANNOT consume any alcohol and come on to the Trampoline court
DODGEBALL
- ALL jumpers are required to complete a valid waiver If under 18: waiver must be signed by parent or guardian
- NO HEADSHOTS, you will be called out!
- NO kicking the dodgeballs
- YOU ARE OUT if you are hit by a live ball, throw a live ball that is caught by an opposing player, cross or touch the green center line, or throw a headshot
- Once the ball hits anything, it is considered a “dead” ball
- *Exception: if the ball hits a person and another person catches it, the person the ball first hit is NOT out. The person who threw the ball is OUT!
- You may deflect a ball being thrown at you by using a ball in your hands. If it knocks the ball out of your hands then you are OUT!
- NO holding a ball for longer than 10 seconds Once you are out, you cannot re-enter until the next game begins
- If you are not playing or you get out, you must stand on the walkway outside of the court
- NO rough housing, cussing, wrestling, or poor sportsmanship. If so then you will be out for the rest of the game
- You CANNOT consume any alcohol and come on to the Trampoline court
- Rules are subject to change for your safety at OMNI Funplex’s discretion
- What the referee says is FINAL! No Arguing!
SMOKING:
OMNI Funplex is a smoke free facility inside the building for the health of our guests and staff.
PETS:
Pets are not permitted in the center, with the exception of service animals.
OMNI Funplex IN-CENTER COMPLIANCE:
In addition to the OMNI FUNPLEX Guest Code of Conduct, guests are required to comply with all local, state and federal laws, as well as individual center policies, rules and instructions posted or otherwise listed.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES:
No alcoholic beverages can be brought into OMNI FUNPLEX. Alcoholic beverages purchased in the Funplex may not leave the premises in which they are purchased. Excessive consumption of alcohol is cause for ejection from the park without refund.
BEHAVIOR:
We expect all guests to behave in a family-friendly manner. Line jumping, profanity and unruly behavior are offensive to in-center guests and may be cause for ejection without refund. Guests are not permitted to save places in line, bypass others in line, or exit the line and return to the same place for any reason. Guests exiting a line must go to the back of the line if they choose to return.
FOOD, DRINKS & COOLERS:
Food, beverages or coolers may not be brought into OMNI Funplex
LANGUAGE:
Guests using profanity or abusive language, symbols or gestures may be ejected from the center without refund.
LINE JUMPING:
Line jumping is strictly prohibited. Guests are not permitted to save places in line or exit the line and return for any reason. Violators will be ejected without a refund.
